The client's objective for this project was to add some street presence and curb appeal to their 60's era home. Although the home sat on a large mature property they felt that the front entrance and overall facade of the home lacked character and impact. We designed and built a large covered front porch that is both inviting and cozy. The perfect combination for those lazy summer days. The project quickly expanded from a front porch addition to also include the replacement of all of the existing windows, exterior doors and siding. Staining the brick in a deep grey tone served to add a contemporary feel to this mid century home.
